Yay! We have somewhere to live! Deposit paid and its been taken off market.

The house is in an area called Hampden Hills (South) and is an older style neighbourhood. The houses are spacious and comfortable and we felt at home in the property straight away. We have lots of nice bits of the house but probably my favourite is the fact we have a lovely big space in the back garden for our precious dogs (and child of course)! They will have lots of room to zoom around in and investigate. We will need to take care though, Denver does have a thriving Coyote population which can be troublesome esp in mating season but with 4 dogs on the property I think they would chase most of them off.

The house is close by to lots of trails, a lovely park with play area for Ethan and gorgeous greens etc, plus multiple off leash parks and the huge Cherry Creek State Park just down the road which I think my lot will love!

We have had a crazy few weeks with paperwork, applications, visa arrangements etc and it all is finally now coming together. We have a school sorted for Ethan and I have started to look into local vets etc... not doctors yet but vets.. sorted!

Exciting Times- but SCARED!
